Healthy Salmon

Beside my oven, the next best thing in my kitchen is Philip Air Fryer.  

With Air Fryer, it makes my weekend meals so easy to prepare now - No oil; No mess; Fast; and Tasty.

Here sharing with you the 1st recipe - Salmon with My Air Fryer.

  • 1 pce of Norway Salmon
  • Carrot - slice thinly
  • Onion - cut into ring
  • Parsley
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp 
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive Oil

  • Sprinkle the piece of salmon with black pepper and salt
  • Spread lemon juice evenly on the salmon
  • Arrange carrots, onion rings and parsley on the salmon (you can also add in Japanese Mushroom, too)
  • Wrap them all in the aluminum foil
  • Air Fry at 200 Deg C for 15 minutes

Here u go - A Fabulous and Healthy Dish!!
Don't forget to drizzle some olive oil before serving.
